  • Your business is located within a currently supported shop local.ai market;
  • Your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service:

  • Your business is principally an age-restricted industry in the states of Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota, including but not limited to:
    • Off-sale liquor/spirits
    • Cannabis or hemp-related businesses
    • Body art
    • Adult content, entertainment, or services
    • Gambling
  • In connection with any political organizations or campaigns, including candidates, parties, PACs, or advocacy groups.
  • In connection with any religious organizations, including faith-based groups, ministries, or evangelistic outreach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund or prior notice.

2. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. By enrolling, you authorize recurring payments via the payment method provided. You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property

By using the service, you affirm that you have ownership and rights for any submitted media and images, including the use of any third-party trademarked properties. Images and media submitted that do not meet this criteria will be deleted, and no refunds or warranty will be provided due to such circumstance.

All content created and distributed through the Service, including video, audio, images, and text, is the property of Shop Local AI LLC and may not be reproduced or redistributed without express written permission.

4. Framed or Linked Content

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it's linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

Shop Local AI LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from improper use of the platform, including use by individuals or entities that violate these Terms. Users agree that any errors or omissions related to services provided by Shop Local AI LLC shall be limited to a service credit not to exceed the pro-rated daily subscription rate.
